According to mlb.com’s Nats writer, “Jason Bergmann, Brian Bruney, Sean Burnett, Jesus Flores, Wil Nieves and Josh Willingham” have all filed for arbitration this past Friday.
Also making headlines is both fans and players waiting to see what happens with free agent 2B Orlando Hudson. Some on the Nats want to see the team sign Hudson who most recently played for the Dodgers and have previously played for the Arizona and Toronto. He was a strong force on a very successful LA team last year and if signed hopefully he’ll bring that to Washington.
